Heat vs Bulls - Opening Night - Halloween 2006

Heat lost big time - but that was ok, still great to be at the game. The BIG problem, though, had to do with the seating.....

Ever take a plane flight, you're seated, and the seat next to you is open? And then as the passengers are filing in and walking down the aisle - you see him. You beg silently "please don't sit here, please don't sit here, ...", but he keeps on coming. You try not to stare or make eye contact, but you can't help it. Big, sweaty, claustrophobic thoughts run through your head. "Don't panic" you tell yourself. "There are plenty of other open seats he may be heading for". But you notice that small something, that slight indication that he is reading the row and seat number of the open chair right next to you. You know who he is. That's right - him. JumboMan. The guy that should be required to purchase two tickets/seats.

Well - JumboMan was at the Heat game last night, and JumboMan sat right next to me. JumboMan was rubbing up against me with his big ol' JumboMan body, pressing against me constantly from shoulder to foot, and blocking my peripheral vision to that side. JumboMan didn't get up or leave his seat for the whole game (maybe he was stuck?) - so I didn't get a break unless I got up and left.

That is why last night was the worst game I have ever attended. You feelin' me?
