I'm a diehard Red sox fan. 2 buddies and I make the drive to see Pedro vs the Rocket. For 7 innings we enjoy one of the greatest evenings in our lives and then you know the rest of the story.....

For my own little personal piece of extra pain the home run lands about 20 feet from our seats but we're almost out of the stadium before it lands. On the drive back we stop to gas up and my rest stop research confirms that Grady is gone.

The reason it's the best game I've ever been to is well because without 2003 there's no 2004 and without 2004 well then my kids wouldn't have the memories of a lifetime and my wife wouldn't know the prices of motel rooms in Florida during spring training.
